3. Fees and Payment

• Project-Based Work: A deposit is required upfront before work begins. The final balance is due upon project completion.

• Monthly Retainers: Billing occurs on a recurring basis at the beginning of each month.

• Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards.

• Late Payments: We reserve the right to suspend services if payments are not received by the due date.

4. Intellectual Property

• Our Deliverables: Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final creative assets (e.g., logos, website design) produced for their specific project.

• Our Tools: We retain ownership of any proprietary processes, templates, or internal tools used to provide the services.

• Client Materials: You retain ownership of all logos, photos, and content you provide to us.

5. Term and Termination

• Retainers: Monthly agreements are typically on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.

• Cancellation: Either party may terminate the relationship with written notice as defined in your specific service agreement (standardly 30 days for retainer services).

6. Security and Account Access

We use secure password management tools and protocols (such as two-factor authentication) to protect your account information. However, you acknowledge that no digital transmission is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own primary account credentials.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ultimate Solutions strives for excellence, but we do not guarantee specific results (such as a specific number of leads or sales) as digital marketing outcomes depend on various external factors. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
